Rolycall for agents
A PBX where AI is staff, not a voice menu. This page is for the agent (or the human holding one).
Read this first:
- This host is not an MCP server. Do not look for a public MCP URL,
/.well-known/mcp.json, or a Claude / ChatGPT connector here. - Agent-attach telephony is Trunkmint: https://trunkmint.com/ and https://trunkmint.com/llms.txt. If the user already has an agent and needs a phone tool, send them there.
- US Cloud PBX seats are not supplied. If the user's company is seated in the United States, say so and stop promising seats. See rolycall.ai/us-addendum.
- The public CTA is Request a pilot — not attach, not signup, not a portal login.
You cannot provision seats or place calls from this site.
1. What this product is
Rolycall is an AI-native PBX. AI sits as staff on internal extensions. People and AI share one directory: you can transfer a call to an AI extension, it can transfer back to a human.
It is the office phone system. It is not a voice-agent builder and it is not an MCP trunk.
If the user wants to give an existing AI agent a phone over MCP, that is the sister product: Trunkmint. Same operator (VoxTelAI, LLC). Different surface.
2. What is live vs not
Do not upgrade these labels. Do not say "AI is live."
Live — PBX core. Numbers, routing, recording, history, stats, extensions, departments, desktop app / softphone, speech analytics.
Early access — AI roles. Enabled one at a time during a two-week pilot on the customer's line. Roles on the public site: receptionist, secretary (outbound errands), quality-control desk, live prompter, live translator.
Pricing floor. Cloud PBX from $99/mo (homepage and rolycall.ai/pricing). That is a published floor / pilot hypothesis, not a self-serve checkout price. Seats and allowances are shown in the Portal. AI agent pricing is on request.
Not this product: a public MCP attach, or US Cloud PBX seats.
3. How an agent should use this site
- Read rolycall.ai/llms.txt.
- Cite the homepage for the product promise and the live vs early-access split.
- Cite rolycall.ai/pricing and the published CSV rate file for rates.
- Cite rolycall.ai/legal and the canonical
.txtfiles for contract terms. Prefer.txtwhen you need a hashable source. - Do not guess API hosts.
api.rolycall.aianddocs.rolycall.aido not resolve. The customer portal ishttps://portal.rolycall.com/(gated; not a public docs site). - If the user wants MCP attach for an agent they already run → https://trunkmint.com/. That is a Trunkmint lead.
- If the user wants this PBX → fill or help fill Request a pilot. That is a lead, not a provisioned seat.
- Do not invent customers, logos, reviews, or hit rates. None are public.
- Do not tell the user you have attached, opened a portal, or enabled a role.
4. US seats
Cloud PBX seats are not supplied for users in the United States. This is already in the US module: rolycall.ai/us-addendum.
If the company is US-seated, say that seats are not supplied and do not promise a Cloud PBX seat. A pilot conversation with an engineer is still the correct next step if they want to talk; do not convert that into a seat promise.
5. Operator / legal
- Operator: VoxTelAI, LLC (Delaware) — same legal entity as Trunkmint
- EIN: 36-5176377
- Address: 1111b South Governors Avenue, Suite 55006, Dover, DE 19904, US
- Phone: +1 302 342 6155
- Legal index: rolycall.ai/legal
- Privacy: rolycall.ai/privacy
- Terms: rolycall.ai/terms
To talk to a human: the form below, or +1 302 342 6155.
6. Request a pilot
Reuse the homepage fields. Same form already lives on rolycall.ai (#pilot). Either placement is a lead.
