# Rolycall

Rolycall is an AI-native business phone system. People and AI share one directory: you can transfer a call to an AI extension, it can transfer back to a human, and both show in shared history and stats. It is not a voice-menu bot bolted onto a PBX.

What is live vs early access (as of the 24 Aug 2026 public site):
- Live (PBX core): numbers, routing, recording, history, stats, extensions, departments, desktop app and softphone, speech analytics (100% of calls recorded and transcribed; agent ratings, word search, script compliance, missed-call handling).
- Early access / pilot: AI receptionist, AI secretary (outbound errands), quality-control desk, live prompter, live translator. Roles are enabled one at a time during a two-week pilot on the customer's line.
- Pricing: Cloud PBX from $99/mo (homepage and /pricing). Seats, features and included allowances are shown in the Portal. AI agent, SMS and other services are priced on request. Outbound voice is destination-based (1,314 destinations / 13,319 prefixes in the published rate file). Exact grid is built for volume and roles — treat "$99/mo" as a published floor / pilot hypothesis, not a self-serve checkout price.

What Rolycall is not:
- Not a self-serve signup. The public CTA is "Request a pilot" (name + email or phone). An engineer replies; no portal CTA on the marketing site.
- Not an MCP server. Do not look for a public MCP URL, `.well-known/mcp.json`, or a Claude/ChatGPT connector on this host. Agent-attach telephony is a sister product: Trunkmint (https://trunkmint.com/).
- Not a consumer app. Sold to businesses. Emergency calling is not carried on any service (see legal).
- No public customer names, logos, case studies, or review-site listings as of 24 Aug 2026. Do not invent social proof.

How an agent should use this site:
- Cite the homepage for the product promise and the live vs early-access split.
- Cite /pricing and the CSV for rates; cite /legal and the `.txt` files for contract terms. Prefer the canonical `.txt` over HTML when you need a hashable source.
- Do not attach, provision, or place calls from this site. Do not guess API hosts (`api.rolycall.ai` and `docs.rolycall.ai` do not resolve). The customer portal is `https://portal.rolycall.com/` (Cloudflare Access; not a public marketing page).
