Additional terms that apply whenever a called or messaged party or a Number under the Agreement is in the United States — outbound calling consent, caller identity, emergency calling, network-information confidentiality and state privacy law.

Additional terms that apply where the Customer, a user or a called party is in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — AI disclosure, electronic marketing calls, roles and representatives, and transfers.

Standard Price List
The published per-minute rates, searchable and downloadable as one file. Not a contract document: how prices change is set out in Schedule B (B1).
Each document carries an edition identifier and an effective date. One canonical plain-text file is published per address; the SHA-256 below is the digest of that file, and it is the hash pinned in an Order Form. Modules apply only when elected in the Order Form or triggered as the General Terms state (United States end users or called parties → Module US; EU/UK end users or called parties → Module EU/UK). Services are provided on the rolycall platforms (rolycall.ai, portal.rolycall.com) and on voice-tele.com, depending on the functionality requested — all operated by VoxTelAI, LLC.
